Ultrasound Tech - General

Job Overview

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Location: Odessa, Texas
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Schedule: 36 hours per week
Start date: Mid-September preferred
Setting: ER setting with a wide variety of scans

Required Qualifications

Ultrasound Technologist (1 year of experience)
Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year

Certifications

ACLS
BLS
PALS
NRP, as applicable
Chemotherapy certification, as applicable
TNCC, as applicable
EFM, as applicable
ENPC, as applicable
NIH Stroke Certification, as applicable

Additional Notes

Orientation and safety training modules must be completed within 72 hours of signing
HIPAA and fair warning quiz modules must be completed within 72 hours of signing
Pass/fail testing is required for RNs
Medication/pharmacology competency exam is required as applicable by profession
