Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Apple Valley, California
• Start date: ASAP
• 13-week contract
• Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted
• 12-hour variable day shifts, Sunday through Saturday coverage
• On-call required
• Weekend coverage required as needed
• Block scheduling may be accommodated at manager discretion
• Guaranteed hours are subject to call-off once per two-week pay period

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• No pending license accepted
• RTO must be included at time of submission

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with surgical procedures outlined in the unit description

Unit / Schedule Details

• OR RN
• Call is estimated at 70–90 hours in a 6-week period
• Shift options include:

  • 06:30–19:00
  • 06:30–19:00 with on-call from 19:00–23:00
  • 09:30–22:00
  • 10:30–23:00 with on-call from 23:00–07:00
  • Weekend/holiday call: 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00
