Job Overview

Role Focus

• Neuro IR Tech or Cath Lab Tech
• IR/Neuro skills preferred
• Cardiac experience preferred

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Washington
• Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• Experience with Epic

Schedule / On-Call

• Call is typically 6–7 shifts per month
• Includes call weekend every 4th weekend, from Friday 17:30 to Monday 07:00

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number must be provided
• Background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school in the past 7 years
• Two satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year
• Employment application copy
• Washington state court search results
• Washington state WSP/WATCH search results
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• Tdap vaccine or declination
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation or vaccination/declination as specified
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or facility-specific declination
• Review/sign required facility documents and complete assigned modules after orientation
• Annual fraud, waste, and abuse training proof of completion
• Background, health, and compliance documentation as listed by the facility
