• 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (Evenings: Sunday through Tuesday)
• Shift hours approximately 1:00 PM to 1:30 AM
• Tech will be working alone after midnight
• No scheduled outpatients during this shift; care for ED patients and inpatients only

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• ARRT CT certification
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA or RQI accepted)

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
• Social Security number required for facility processing
• Background check covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years, including multiple regional and national searches
• Physical exam within 1 year of start date
• Immunizations and/or titers for:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (highly preferred or declination)
  • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella (titers or 2 vaccines; booster if negative/equivocal)
  • Hepatitis B (titer, proof of series, or declination)
  • Varicella (titer or 2 vaccines; booster if negative/equivocal)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year (QGold, T-SPOT, or 2 PPDs)
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination required year-round

Compliance and Documentation

• Completion of facility-specific orientation modules within the first week
• Review and sign facility policies including:

  • Code of Conduct
  • Applicant Disclosure Statement
  • Confidentiality Policy
  • Appearance and Dress Code
  • Internet Usage Agreement
• Annual CMS Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) training certification required
• References: Minimum two satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year, including evaluation of clinical competency and reliability (manager, supervisor, or charge RN accepted)
• Copy of employment application required
• State-specific background checks including Washington State Patrol and Courts search

• Up to 5 days Return to Office (RTO) maximum considered

This position is ideal for a CT Technologist with at least one year of experience, certified in Washington state, comfortable working independently during late-night hours, and familiar with EPIC.
