Job Opportunity: Dialysis Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Location: Modesto, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse (Dialysis)
Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (either 8:00 AM–8:30 PM or 11:00 AM–11:30 PM)
Schedule: Open Saturdays, closed Sundays
On-Call: One on-call shift every 1-2 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum 2 years of dialysis nursing experience, with dialysis experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Requirements

Must review and sign facility-specific documents prior to start, including:
- Job description
- Standards of business conduct
- Code of conduct
- Vendor training
- Overpayment refund policy
- TB questionnaire (signed by candidate and healthcare provider)
Conditional offer of employment attestation must be completed prior to start
