Description
Job Opportunity: Dialysis Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Modesto, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (Dialysis)
- Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (either 8:00 AM–8:30 PM or 11:00 AM–11:30 PM)
- Schedule: Open Saturdays, closed Sundays
- On-Call: One on-call shift every 1-2 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Minimum 2 years of dialysis nursing experience, with dialysis experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

- Must review and sign facility-specific documents prior to start, including:
- Job description
- Standards of business conduct
- Code of conduct
- Vendor training
- Overpayment refund policy
- TB questionnaire (signed by candidate and healthcare provider)
- Conditional offer of employment attestation must be completed prior to start
- Religious exemption requests for PAPR or vaccines require approval and specific documentation
- Passport-style photo required for badge issuance
