Location: New Orleans, Louisiana
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 3x12 hours (7:00 AM–7:30 PM)
Hours per week: 36
Patient ratio: 1:2

Unit Details

Float pool position with floating required to ICU, CIVCU, NICU, SICU, MICU, TICU, Burn, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU
Unit does not accept first-time travelers
Weekend requirement: every other weekend
Holiday requirement: yes
Call requirement: no
Scrubs: navy blue
RTO limit: 5 days maximum

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Louisiana
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

CCRN certification
