Step Down Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
Hours per week: 36
Schedule includes every other weekend and some holidays
Traveler will work in both an intermediate care acute med/progressive care unit and an intermediate care thoracic unit

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Stepdown experience within the last year
2 years of stepdown experience
Experience in an acute care setting
Cardiac experience
Telemetry experience
Ventilator experience
Transplant experience

Additional Notes

Evening/night schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
