• Daily Caseload: 8-12 patients

• Pending State License: Candidates with pending Fluoro permits will be considered if permit application is submitted at time of submission
• Return to Office (RTO) Restrictions: Must be approved at time of submission
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

• ARRT (RCIS only is not acceptable)

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Background Check: Within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; must be updated annually
• Education Verification: Required for all candidates; international education requires diploma/transcript or CES report
• References: Minimum 2 references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years from supervisors
• Employment Application: Must include at least last 5 years of employment with explanations for gaps or overlaps
• Physical Exam: Within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
• Drug Testing: 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
• Immunizations & Health Documents:

  • TDAP (within 10 years) or declination
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer or declination
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer or declination
  • Seasonal Flu vaccine or declination (required during flu season)
  • COVID-19 vaccine or declination (required if onsite)
  • Respirator Safety Clearance (for travel candidates, annually)
  • Fit Mask test (required for travel candidates, updated annually)

Training & Competency Requirements

• Competency Exams: As applicable by profession/specialty
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Required as applicable
• Color Blind Testing: If required by unit, must score 80% or higher
• Skills Checklist: Required for applicable units, updated annually
• Epic Training: Completion of Epic modules required prior to or shortly after start
• WorkRamp Modules:

  • Core and specialty-specific modules required for all caregivers, assigned by region and specialty
  • Annual regulatory modules required
  • Specialty modules required for ER, L&D, and leadership roles
  • Modules assigned and tracked via Aya's LMS platform
