Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray

Role Overview
Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, skilled nursing facilities, prisons/jails, and home health settings. This position involves traveling to various care sites to perform diagnostic imaging and EKG exams as ordered by physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
- Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images.
- Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
- Unload and transport portable X-Ray equipment into facilities.
- Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, management, peers, supervisory staff, and clients professionally.
- Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment in good working order.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiologic Technologist license and/or ARRT Certification as required by the state of Maryland.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to meet health and operational requirements.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required or a documented exemption must be provided.
Physical Demands
- Ability to push/pull equipment weighing 50–100 lbs multiple times daily, with assistance from vehicle ramps and pulleys to reduce strain.
- Physical stamina to perform duties in various care environments, including nursing homes, prisons, and home health settings.
