Pros
Wonderful Team, Administration really strives to make team members feel valued. Banner Estrella is the main location, also meaning Star, Administration there believe that it is part of their mission to lead by example for there other Banner locations. It's a beautiful site, great cafeteria, good employee discount on food/gift shop. Name brand Coffee Shop inside (Starbucks or Petes). They have stars leading up from the parking garage with their missions/goals. If you are part of their CARES team you will absolutely be spoiled. Cath lab, Radiology, Endo, Surgery/Post OP.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say about working here, unfortunately, I went back to school and had to quit! It's wonderful. Not all Banners are made equally.
