Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Location

Aurora, Colorado

Employment Type

Travel assignment

Contract Length

13 weeks

Work Schedule

7 PM to 7 AM shifts
Approximately 36 hours per week

Unit Information

Respiratory Therapy department
350 beds in the facility
Staff per shift: 1 charge nurse + 5 respiratory therapists (both day and night shifts)
Patient ratios vary
Equipment used includes Hamilton G5/C1/T1 ventilators, V60, Vyair Avea
Electronic Medical Record system: Meditech

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Colorado
Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, NBRC

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Meditech EMR system
Experience in Pediatric, Neonatal, or Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PEDS/NICU/PICU)
