Location: Ottumwa, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Hours Guaranteed: 36 or 48 (indicate preference upon submission)

Job Description

• Patient Population: Primarily adults, all patient types on unit
• Unit Specialty: Medical-Surgical / Telemetry
• Patient Ratio: 1:6 (with support staff including CNAs and LPNs)
• Electronic Health Record (EHR): MediTech
• Float Requirement: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility
• Call Requirements: Not specified

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Healthcare Worker Certification (HWC)
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred but not required
