Overview

Travel RN role in the Clinical Transition Unit (CTU)
10-bed unit
36 hours per week
2 weekend shifts required per month
No on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with ED, Cardiac Telemetry, and Med-Surg patients

Unit Details

In-patient transitional unit
Patient ratio: 5:1
Staffed with 2 RN and 1 PCT on both day and night shifts
Equipment includes Telemetry Monitor and EKG machine
