Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work in a 40-bed inpatient medical rehabilitation hospital specializing in adult patient care.
Facility focuses on rehabilitation with patient populations including neuro, orthopedic, cardiac, and falls diagnoses.
Typical patient load: 8 patients per therapist, supported by 1-2 assistants and 1 rehab tech.
Equipment used includes Vector, Litegait, Saeto, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, and Technobody.
Electronic Health Record system: UDS.
Shift: Days, 40 hours per week guaranteed.
Float option available to a sister facility located 8 miles away.

Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Patient population served: Adults.
Common diagnoses treated: Neurological, orthopedic, cardiac conditions, and fall-related injuries.
Scrub color: Wine.
Parking available in any non-visitor front lot spaces or back lot.
