Contract Length: 12 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Job Description

Seeking an LPN traveler for a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility in Iowa. The role primarily involves day shifts with some evenings and nights, working mostly 12-hour shifts with some 8-hour shifts. Weekend coverage is every other weekend, with holiday coverage as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN / LVN license in Iowa
• Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in a Long Term Care setting
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience
• Experience in charge nurse roles
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Experience with PointClickCare

Work Schedule & Details

• Shift: Primarily days, some evenings and nights
• Shift length: Mostly 12-hour shifts, some 8-hour shifts
• Weekend coverage: Every other weekend
• Holiday coverage: As needed
• Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week
• Overtime available
• Work week runs Sunday through Saturday

• Local placements within an 80-mile radius
• No on-call or call-back required
• A 14-day notice is required to avoid a fee if the clinician backs out or quits
