Assignment Details

• 13-week contract
• Days
• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours per day
• Monday through Friday
• Must be able to work 2 days until 6 pm
• Outpatient caseload with orthopedic and neurological patients
• One-on-one patient care

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
• Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist
• Valid state driver’s license
• Four 10-hour days available
