Job Description

Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible parties.
Use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
Manage conflict professionally to contribute to a healthy workplace environment.
Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
Participate in continuing education.
Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

Licenses and Certifications Required

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR/BLS Card
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Additional certifications related to critical care, cardiac services, progressive care, emergency room, neonatal, pediatrics, and infusion therapy are highly relevant and may be required depending on the unit assignment.

Experience Requirements
