Job Opportunity: Home Health Registered Nurse

Location: Mason, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday
Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience within the last year
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with your name listed as a driver

Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
Apply nursing best practices and sound clinical judgment
Remain calm, patient, and accommodating in various situations
Detail-oriented with strong observational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently within a team
Follow directions and maintain a disciplined work ethic

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

Background check and fingerprinting completed prior to or at time of hire (Ohio-specific requirements apply)
Physical exam and immunization documentation as applicable (e.g., TB test, Hepatitis B form)
Drug screening as required by client standards
Photo for badge and verification of professional license
Flu vaccine or exemption documentation during flu season if applicable

Additional Notes

Home care experience is desired but not mandatory
Must be able to travel and work independently in patient homes
