Overview

Travel/Contract role in San Francisco, California
Based in an acute patient setting
Rotating night shifts: 3x12, 19:00–07:30
No on-call
Weekend rotation

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) PACU setting
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
Ambulatory Care experience

Preferred

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Assignment Details

Tele/Ambulatory Care RN accountable for assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care
Includes direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care
Delivers holistic and individualized care
Develops, implements, and coordinates a plan of care
Works collaboratively with patients, families/support groups, physicians, and other healthcare providers
