Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Conyers, Georgia
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:00–6:00
• 36 hours per week
• 16-week contract
• Every other weekend
• No call
• Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Locals accepted

Unit Details

• Diagnoses include HTN, Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure, End Stage Renal Disease, Coronary Artery Disease, Abdominal Pain, STEMI/NSTEMI, Pulmonary Embolism, COPD, and Behavioral Health

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Georgia
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Full compliance required to start on time
• Photo ID
• Background check completed before start
• Education verification of related degree
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
• TB questionnaire
• Hepatitis B surface antibody titer or signed declination
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 60 days of start
• Flu vaccine or declination
• 2 clinical references
• Skills checklist within 12 months
• Verification of most recent employer
