• Schedule notes: Facility prefers 48 hours per week, but is open to a 36/48 rotating schedule; every other weekend; no call; 2 Fridays in a 4-week schedule

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Louisiana
• Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• Level 3 Nursery experience
• Ability to attend C-Sections

Required Certifications

• ACLS
• BLS
• NRP, required to work in NICU

• TB screening and TB questionnaire
• Tdap within 10 years
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
