Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Hiring Requirements

One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge RN in the specialty
Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation
