Location: Greensburg, PA Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week (4 x 10-hour shifts)

2 years of experience as a registered radiology technologist in a hospital setting
Radiology technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
ARRT (R)
Driver's License

State license, verified through online primary source verification within 30 days of start. Verification must include details of any disciplinary action.
National tech certification (ARRT R), as applicable
Colorado, Washington, and New York require state licenses for techs, which must also be uploaded
BLS (AHA only; RQI accepted)
ACLS (AHA only; RQI accepted)
PALS (AHA only; RQI accepted)
NIH Stroke Certification, updated annually
Radiation badge required for Radiology, CT, MRI, IR, X-ray, and Cath Lab candidates. P.O. boxes are not accepted for badge mailing.

Physical exam within 12 months, updated annually. Must state cleared to work with no restrictions.
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years (declination accepted)
TB: QuantiFERON Gold or T-spot within 30 days of start. Chest X-ray within 3 years is required if past positive.
Measles, mumps, rubella: 2 vaccines, a positive titer, or declination
Hepatitis B: positive titer, 3-dose series, or declination
Varicella: positive titer, proof of 2 vaccines, or declination
COVID: initial series or 1 bivalent vaccine, or declination
Flu vaccination required during flu season (declinations accepted)
Drug screen with negative result, collected within 30 days of start. Cannot be pending. Marijuana (THC) results will be rejected.

Background check within 30 days of start, updated annually, covering 7 years of history
EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start
Pennsylvania Child Abuse Search and PA Department of Human Services fingerprint results, plus PA FBI fingerprinting. The client will not clear with results pending.
Education verification within 30 days of start, through a third-party vendor. Initial degree must be verified. High school verification is not acceptable.

Employment application covering 7 years of work history (or since graduation, if in the field less than 7 years)
Permanent positions verified within 5 years and travel assignments within 2 years, through a third-party vendor
Gaps over 30 days must be accounted for
1 supervisor reference from a facility worked within the last 12 months, preferably the most recent
Dates on the resume must match references and verifications exactly

Unit-specific competency exam with a score of 80% or higher, completed within 12 months of start
Core Parts I, II, and III, each completed annually with a score of 80% or higher
Annual skills checklist, with all boxes completed
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, required as applicable, with a score of 80% or higher or meeting the Angoff score
