Job Description

• Schedule: Variable dayshift, 8 hours Monday through Friday, with start times varying from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of CT Tech experience.
• Certifications Required:

  • CT registered with ARRT
  • AHA BLS certification
  • Additional certifications may include ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Tech Cert Verification as applicable.

Additional Requirements

• Identification: Government Issued Photo ID required.
• Competency Exam: Unit specific competency exam required within 12 months of start, updated annually.
• Health Documents:

  • Pre-employment physical within a year of start.
  • Fit Mask required within 12 months of start, updated annually.
  • Negative 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon Gold TB test/T-Spot required within 6 months of start.
  • Vaccination records for Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
  • Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start, updated annually.
  • Flu Vaccine or Medical/Religious Exemption required during flu season.

Background and History Checks

• Criminal background check required prior to start of assignment.
• Two recent satisfactory pre-employment references required.
• Application must include 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting.

Skills and Documentation

• Unit specific skills checklist required, updated annually.
• Transcript/Diploma required.
• FBI and BCI Fingerprints required to be completed through the agency within 12 months of start.

Onboarding Process

• Online training modules must be completed prior to start.
• Candidates will need to pick up their badge from the facility prior to start.
• Candidates working with pediatric patients will need to complete onsite fingerprinting as part of the onboarding process.
