Nurse Supervisor

Location: New York, NY
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately)

Job Summary

Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
Monitor patient care performance and assess units in collaboration with nurse managers.
Communicate and assist with corrective actions as needed.
Develop record-keeping systems for medication errors and counseling.
Provide leadership oversight for Labor and Delivery and Postpartum units.
Work schedule generally consists of eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with some weekend and off-shift work as determined.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
