Provide direct 1:1 nursing care to adult patients undergoing various diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Perform initial patient assessments upon admission and develop, implement, and modify plans of care based on patient and family needs.
Administer moderate sedation and other medications safely according to policy.
Perform hemodynamic monitoring, identify life-threatening arrhythmias, and implement appropriate clinical treatments.
Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide emotional support and coordinate safe care delivery.
Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice projects.
Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care and procedure events.
Act as a safety advocate by reporting and correcting safety hazards.
Work as part of a cohesive team including RNs and Radiology Technologists.
Adapt to changes in procedures and respond to emergent situations.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience, including at least 3 years of Interventional Radiology experience with experience within the last year
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Must be able to administer medications and manage patient care during moderate sedation.
Ability to monitor hemodynamics throughout procedures.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
