Location
- Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Contract
- 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts
Overview
- Hospital-based nursing role providing care for patients with a range of health problems, from simple to complex.
- Core duties include patient assessment and monitoring, medication administration, IV and blood product management, documentation, assisting with procedures, patient/family education, care coordination, and delegation to support staff.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- Oncology experience within the last year
- 1 year of oncology experience
- Pediatric Hematology / Oncology experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- APHON Chemotherapy certification
