Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
CVICU experience within the last year
1 year of CVICU experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Additional Notes

BLS and ACLS must be AHA.
Ascension specialty exam requires a passing score of at least 80% and allows only 2 attempts.
Ascension core competencies require a passing score of at least 80% and allow only 2 attempts.
Ascension EKG exam requires a passing score of at least 80% and allows only 2 attempts.
Fit test is required for all travelers.
Health statement must be a statement of good health or completed physical exam.
MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and TB screening documentation are required for onboarding.
