Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- CVICU experience within the last year
- 1 year of CVICU experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Additional Notes
- BLS and ACLS must be AHA.
- Ascension specialty exam requires a passing score of at least 80% and allows only 2 attempts.
- Ascension core competencies require a passing score of at least 80% and allow only 2 attempts.
- Ascension EKG exam requires a passing score of at least 80% and allows only 2 attempts.
- Fit test is required for all travelers.
- Health statement must be a statement of good health or completed physical exam.
- MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and TB screening documentation are required for onboarding.
