Job Opportunity: RN Oncology

Location: Reno, Nevada
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)
Shift: Night shift, 12-hour shifts

Job Description

  • Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology
  • Preference for candidates available for a full schedule through the end of January and the first week of February
  • Position is Per Diem for 26 weeks
  • Call is not required
  • Minimum compliance requirements must be met prior to starting
  • Full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks after the start date

Required Certifications and Licenses

  • Active nursing license verification
  • BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
  • ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable
  • Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation of vaccination/declination
  • COVID-19 vaccination: 2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed
  • Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted)
  • Influenza vaccine or declination required (declinations not accepted)
  • TB Test within one year of start date
  • Driver's license, State ID, or Passport
  • Tdap vaccination (declinations not accepted)
  • Physical/Health Statement completed within 60 days of start, must state clear to work
  • Annual respirator fit test (if applicable)
  • Drug screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC (with specific requirements for CA locations)

  • Primary source verification of professional license and certifications within 30 days of start
