Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Anniston, Alabama
• 8-week assignment
• Day shift: 5x8 hours, 7:00–16:00
• Weekend shifts; as needed
• No first-time travelers
• Local candidates within 60 miles are considered local

Required Qualifications

• Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• One completed travel assignment
• ARRT (N)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• CMNT
• National Certification
• State license verification, as applicable by profession
• Competency exam, as applicable to profession/specialty
• Drivers License/State ID
• Social Security number required for access initiation
• Background check within 6 months of start covering all locations lived/worked in the last 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening with all aliases
• HHS/OIG screening with all aliases
• Transcript, diploma, or 3rd-party education verification
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit testing within 12 months of start
• Tdap vaccination or declination within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
• TB questionnaire
• MMR immunity or vaccination documentation for measles, mumps, and rubella
• Hepatitis B series, titer, or declination
• Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or declination
• Skills checklist, annually
• Traveler attendance policy acknowledgment before start

Preferred

• ACLS, if required by unit
• PALS, if required by unit
• NIH Stroke Certification, for some units
