Pediatric/Neonatal Critical Care Transport RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract RN role in Seattle, Washington
- Night shift: 3x12, 19:00–07:00
- Every other weekend required
- No call required
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Role Details
- Peds/Neonatal Critical Care Transport RN supporting ground transportation needs in the Seattle area
- Works with RT and an advanced practice provider to transport infants and pediatric patients from surrounding hospitals, ERs, and L&D/NICU to a higher level of care
- May float to bedside nurse coverage in NICU, PICU, or Peds units
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Critical Care Float experience with 1 year of experience
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- NRP
- Experience in ground transportation
- Transport experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Charge nurse experience
Additional Notes
- Perm candidates from other Providence facilities outside Swedish may be eligible for a travel contract if separated for at least 3 months
- Active compact license is honored at Swedish facilities
