Travel/contract role in Columbia, South Carolina
Day shift: 4x10s, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
Patient ratio: 1:1
On-call required: 1 day each week and 1 weekend each month
May need to float between Downtown, Northeast, and Kershaw campuses based on staffing needs
Contract length: 13 weeks

Annual background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
Education verification must be completed
2 clinical references required, including at least one from the same unit

Work history verification for the last 3 clinical employers through a third-party vendor
Physical exam within 90 days of start, updated annually
Tdap within 10 years of start or declination
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
Annual TB questionnaire
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation required
Hepatitis B titer, vaccine series, or declination required
10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
COVID vaccination documentation or declination required
Annual respirator clearance
Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
