Cath Lab RN Travel/Contract Job

Overview

• Location: Mansfield, Texas
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day, 4x10 hours
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• On-call: Required, including weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• ACLS
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic
• Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)

Additional Requirements

• Valid government-issued photo ID or passport
• E-Verify or attestation required
• Background check required within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check required within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG check required within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit test completed onsite during orientation and updated annually
• Tdap required
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
• Hepatitis B documentation or declination required
• Varicella immunity documentation required
• Measles immunity documentation required
• Mumps immunity documentation required
• Rubella immunity documentation required
• 10-panel drug test within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
• 2 professional references within 3 years of hire required
• Photo for badge required
• Job description must be signed prior to start
• Non-employee internet access form required prior to start
• NESF form required prior to start
• Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing required
• Medication/pharmacology competency exam required
• Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam required
• Hepatitis B declination form required if applicable
• Medical or religious exemption forms required if requesting vaccine exemptions
