Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
PreOp experience
IntraOp experience
PostOp experience
Preoperative experience
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience

Work Setting

Operating room role with variable start times based on surgical cases

Additional Requirements

Background check
Education verification
Competency exam
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
2 professional references completed within 1 year of start
Photo for badge
Signed facility confidentiality, crime disclosure, and conflict of interest forms
Tdap documentation or declination
TB clearance documentation
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and flu documentation or declinations as applicable
10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start

Notes

Block scheduling may be discussed during interview
Washington multi-state license holders must complete the required suicide prevention training before working in Washington
