Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer - Travel/Contract

Location: Randallstown, Maryland
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend rotation
• Shift: Day shift (5 days x 8 hours), 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Procedures: Adult Echocardiograms, Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE), 3D Echo, Bubble Study, use of Contrast Agents including Definity Contrast
• Clinical Focus: Cardiac diagnosis including shortness of breath (SOB) and chest pain
• Required experience with Phillips ultrasound equipment and Cerner electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer
• Cardiac Sonographer experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel assignment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification
• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
