Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC/SNF

Location: Velva, North Dakota
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Facility Type: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF)
Patient Population: Dementia/Memory Loss, Wound Care, IV therapy, Rehabilitation therapy

Job Details

• Facility has 46 beds with a medication aide on staff
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:46
• Electronic Medical Record system: PointClickCare (PCC)
• IV certification required for LPNs
• Weekend and holiday work required every other week
• Location-specific orientation provided
• No on-call or call-back required or billable

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent LTC/SNF nursing experience
• Active RN license in the state of North Dakota
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Charge nurse experience
• Experience with PointClickCare EMR system

Additional Information

• Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• Holiday requirement: every other holiday
• Shift length: 12 hours (night shift)
