Valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Master's degree or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, or bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 2 years of proven work and continuing education experience
Experience in a(n) Outpatient Rehab setting
Driver's License

Start date will be no less than 6 weeks after fingerprints are received for processing
Housing and transportation are not provided
Traveler profile applications are accepted only from travelers living at least 100+ miles away from the facility address
This role provides general physical therapy evaluations and treatments for inpatient and outpatient populations
The role includes supervising and directing physical therapist assistants and other designated staff
The role involves documentation, patient education, home exercise programs, durable medical equipment support, and participation in care coordination and departmental duties
