Role Summary

Provide direct and indirect inpatient nursing care for patients with wound and ostomy needs, including assessments, interventions, evaluations, dressing changes, VAC device support, pressure injury management, patient/family education, and collaboration with the care team.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Intermediate Care experience within the last year
1 year of Intermediate Care experience
BLS
Wound Care Certificate
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Wound Care experience

Experience

2 years of experience preferred
Hands-on wound care and pressure injury experience needed

Preferred

Master’s degree in nursing
Wound and Ostomy Certification
