Job Details

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Connecticut
Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Additional Information

All license and certification verifications must be scanned and uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding
Declinations for Tdap vaccine accepted only if no pediatric interaction is required; agency form acceptable for declination
