Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
• Experience in an inpatient setting
• Experience in charge roles
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License

Role Details

• Typical caseload is 7–8 patients per day
• About 45 minutes per patient
• Not expected to work 5x8s
• The role includes work in both the Transitional Care Rehabilitation Unit and skilled nursing facility areas
• In the Transitional Care Rehabilitation Unit, the charge nurse role includes admissions, discharges, and assessments per Medicare guidelines
• The Occupational Therapist role is not expected to function as a COVID unit role
