Job Opportunity: RN Emergency Room
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience
Required Certifications
- BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- ACLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- PALS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- NRP (American Heart Association or Red Cross; NALS also accepted for NICU, L&D, Postpartum RNs)
Required Credentials and Compliance
- Prime Fingerprint (required for onboarding)
- COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 vaccines plus booster or completed declination
- MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity
- Fit Test: Annual respirator fit test required prior to start if not available onsite
- Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted)
- Influenza Vaccine or declination (required during flu season)
- TB Test within 1 year of start date
- Varicella vaccination or titer showing immunity
- Tdap vaccination (declinations not accepted in some locations)
- Physical/Health Statement: Annual, must state clear to work
- Prime Core Competencies Exam: Must score 80% or higher
- Prime Skills Checklist
- Prime Color-blind Test: Annual completion required
- Prime Criminal Background Check: National check within 1 year of start date
- Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
- Prime Specialty Exam: Must score 80% or higher
- Prime COA (Certificate of Authorization)
- Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam: Must score 80% or higher
- DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention training)
- PA Child Abuse and Fingerprinting Clearance (required for contact with minors)
- Driver's License, State ID, or Passport
- Prime OIG (Office of Inspector General) check
- Prime Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC within 60 days of start
- Prime Agency Attestation
- Prime SAM/EPLS (Excluded Individual) search
