Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
- Respiratory Therapist with 1 year of experience
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NRP
- NBRC
- Driver's License
- Experience with pediatric intubation
- Experience with neonatal resuscitation
- Experience with high frequency ventilation
- Experience with heated high flow nasal cannula (HHFNC) ventilation
- Experience with arterial blood sampling
- Ability to interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs)
- Experience with CPAP/BiPAP/NIMV
- Initiation and management of NAVA
- Experience with surfactant administration
- Experience with T-piece ventilation
Preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccine

- Proficiency in pediatric respiratory therapy skills, including aerosol therapy, airway clearance, airway management, mechanical ventilation, CPAP/BiPAP/NIMV, high flow nasal cannula, nitric oxide therapy, blood gas sampling/analysis/interpretation, and transport ventilation support
