Role Summary

• Registered nurse responsible for coordinating and directing activities on nursing units and other departments in the absence of Nurse Managers and Administration.
• Supervises staff providing general nursing care.
• Works independently and as part of a team.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based practices.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• House Supervisor experience within the last year
• 4 years of House Supervisor experience
• Experience in supervisor roles
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• CPI or MOAB
• Driver's License
• Experience with Epic
