Job info

Registered Nurse - PACU (South Carolina, Simpsonville)

Job Type

  • Travel/Contract assignment
  • Contract length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Work Schedule

  • Shift: Day shift, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (08:45 AM - 07:15 PM)
  • Call required 4-5 days per month, including one weekend per month (may vary)
  • Floating required to other units/campuses as needed, limited to units where qualified and competent

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Experience with Epic electronic health record system
