Overview
- Location: Apple Valley, California

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Case Management (2 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- Acute Hospital Case Management Experience
- Discharge Planning
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
Work Environment
- Ratios: 1:25 on days; 1:45 on weekends
- Dress code: Business attire or scrubs
Notes for Candidates
- Behavioral health experience does not count toward the experience requirement
- Pending license is accepted only if fully licensed by the start date
