Occupational Therapist Job Summary

Role

  • Occupational Therapist
  • Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Employment type: Travel/Contract
  • Location: Lancaster, California

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, morning shift
  • Weekend coverage as needed
  • 40 hours per week

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • NBCOT
  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing setting

Additional Notes

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Housing should be reviewed before submitting
  • EMR/charting systems used: Nethealth and PCC
  • Training on charting systems may be provided by DOR/ADOR
  • ACP equipment is available in the building
  • Dress code restrictions include no acrylic nails, no head covering unless religiously required, and no crocs or open-toed shoes
