Assignment Details

Travel/contract role in Auburn, New York
Start date: ASAP
Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
Hours: 36 per week
Every other weekend required
No blocked scheduling

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Clinical Skills

Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
Care for critically ill patients with multi-organ issues
Blood product administration
Central line management
IV insertion and maintenance
IV sedation and vasopressor administration
Stroke patient care
Ventilator care
BiPAP/CPAP management
ABG interpretation
Isolation precautions
Triage

Schedule Notes

All requested time off must be submitted with the application
No time off will be approved after offer
Additional shifts, if needed, must be covered by the traveler
