Respiratory Therapist Travel Contract

Overview

• Location: Avon, Indiana
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
• Weekly hours: 36
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• First-time travelers accepted

Schedule Requirements

• Holiday coverage required
• Every other weekend required
• Rotation across multiple areas, including emergency, adult ICU, adult med surg, adult progressive care, labor and delivery, and NICU
• May assist with pediatric care in the emergency department as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Indiana
• Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Heart Association

Additional Notes

• Best fit is an adult traveler with labor and delivery experience
• This role is not home-based and will float based on facility needs and skill set on arrival
