Job Overview

• Location: Greenwood, South Carolina

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Carolina
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• NIHSS

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security card
• Proof of E-Verify or attestation
• 7-year criminal background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Physical exam
• Tdap within 10 years
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunization or titer documentation
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved declination
• COVID vaccination, exemption, or declination
• 2 clinical references within the past year
• Skills checklist
• Competency exam
• Medication/pharmacology competency exam
• Photo for badge
• Completion of onboarding modules before orientation
